The concept of
In 2019, for the fourth year in a row, Big Jack managed and supervised Audi Innovation Hub at the regions’ annual design fair – Dubai Design Week. Together with partners’ Art Dubai Group Audi Middle East chose an internationally awarded Emirati architect, Abdulla Almulla, to design the Audi Innovation Hub which was inspired by, and featured, Audi’s first fully electric car: The Audi e-tron.
Starting with 500 registrations in 2016, Audi Middle East’s legacy project, the Audi Innovation Award has successfully grown in popularity with over 2,500 registrations in 2019. Having successfully completed 4 editions, the competition pursues to inspire regional designers and changemarkers to create and innovate. Big Jack continues to proudly manage the competition, implement the concept of the award, handle communications, and push this venture on behalf of the brand with the Four Rings. Dubai Design Week saw 90,000 visitors across the 6 days with Audi Innovation Hub bagging the most featured social media installation of the design fair.
