The concept of
In the fourth season of Jaguar Land Rover Experience Tours, Big Jack was awarded both Jaguar Art of Performance Tour and Land Rover Above & Beyond Tours. The new challenge encouraged the team to push the envelope and revamp the tour experience. For example, the team digitized the registration process with a customized web tool, created VR experiences and activations for guests, as well as data analytics dashboards to to identifying prospects and hot leads and assist in the process of continuous evolution.
The tour offered a wide range of adrenaline-fueled activities and encompassed different drive activities and competitions to highlight the cars’ abilities, allowing guests to fully familiarize themselves with the Jaguar Land Rover fleet.
Chips project
While the non-drive dynamic activities were designed to immerse the guests in the brand and the JLR Experience as well as to test their concentration, reflexes and precision skills. Big Jack worked closely with the individual retailers to tailor the events/tour stops to their market providing guests with a 360 brand experience including hospitality lounges and catering, kids area, car displays and Jaguar Land Rover Collection & Lifestyle displays. To date the tour hosted experiences to more than 6,000 guests.
